Job Description Our client is an established medium sized fit out and construction business operating from their modern offices in Fortitude Valley. The company is a leading construction and fit-out specialist, renowned for delivering high-quality fit-out projects ranging from $500k to $3 million, as well as new construction ventures up to $10 million. With a strong focus on precision, innovation, and client satisfaction, they offer tailored solutions to meet the unique requirements of each project. As a result of continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager and receive support from a team of junior contract administrators. About the Opportunity As the Contract Administrator, this role will see you responsible for managing contractural matters relating to mid tier commercial projects. Your primary duties will include: Prepare, review and administer contracts with sub-contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders ensuring contractural obligations are met Review scope in conjunction with budget Manage project documentation, including contract variations, claims and extensions of time Manage the procurement of the project start up Preparation of monthly reports Site attendance where required Benefits You will have the opportunity to work with a growing successful mid-tier construction company and play a crucial role in the successful delivery of multi-million dollar projects.
