Requirements: Must be willing to work in smoking areas whilst wearing a face mask Previous customer service experience is essential Current RSA, RCG and ARCG qualification is essential Bar and gaming service experience is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time; and Excellent interpersonal skills.
