Pop Up Health is looking for an experienced Clinical Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations to the clinical services of the Community Nursing Programs (CNP) and ensuring the delivery of high quality patient care. If you are a detail orientated person, who loves all things administration, then this may be the role for you Key Responsibilities: Central contact between the clinical, admissions and scheduling team for operational updates. Assists with any non-clinical phone calls. Provide administrative support to the clinical team. Data entry, filing documentation and maintaining client records. Completing change of service notes and cancellations. Assist the Quality and Compliance team with version control of policies and procedures. Complete stock and supply orders as required. Perform job quoting on behalf of the CNP team. Assist the clinical team with data entry and reporting for incidents. To be successful in this role, you will: Previous experience in a clinical administration role (highly desired). Strong attention to detail skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Operate in a fast paced environment with strong organisational skills. Why Pop-Up Health?
