There is currently an opportunity available for a junior Office Administrator to work with our support team and provide a high level of recruitment and administrative support. This is an entry level position best suited for recent graduates and/or applicants with 1 years’ experience in an office administrative role. You will be involved in: Formatting resumes & reports for consultants; posting adverts to online job boards; entering information into company database; scheduling interviews for consultants; and a variety of other recruitment related administrative/ad hoc tasks and projects. You will have/be: Confidence, a professional presentation, organisational skills and a keen eye for detail; Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; A genuine interest in recruitment/legal; Problem solving/solution oriented; A quick learner and a self-starter, able to work autonomously and use your own initiative; Able to work towards deadlines; and Be a bubbly personality, able to work as part of a greater team. This role is best suited for: A recent university graduate, with a Human Resources or Arts degree/qualification; and/or Applicants with 1-2 years’ experience working in an office environment.
