Role Detail Our Brisbane office is on the lookout for a casual Receptionist/Business Services Clerk to join our dynamic Business Services team. Our Business Services team are invaluable to the operations of the firm and are often the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff. This exciting role is perfect for a customer service focused person with strong communication and organisational skills looking to step into a corporate law firm environment. Candidates with retail or hospitality backgrounds seeking a change to professional services would be very well suited You can expect your day to day to include organising couriers, document production (print/copy/scan/binding), mail distribution, assisting visitors, office tours, archiving, facilities management, processing invoices and some Reception cover. The successful applicant will demonstrate high level organisational and time management skills, with an emphasis on providing high quality service in a supportive and dynamic environment. About You We are looking for someone who has: Excellent internal/external customer service skills Knowledge of reception and front of house operations, including previous experience in the corporate/hospitality arena within professional services An impressive telephone manner Excellent prioritisation skills and high attention to detail An adaptable and flexible manner towards hours and duties Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and be able to build fantastic relationships with internal and external stakeholders Relevant customer service experience/training PC skills including Microsoft applications and experience working with an electronic visitor management system The ability to collaborate effectively with a cohesive team Next Steps Please click ‘Apply Now’ to apply online with your cover letter summarising why you’re applying and your resume to support your experience.
