We are currently searching an experienced Sales Executive to join our close knit team, based at the Vibe hotel Melbourne Docklands. About the role: Reporting to the Associate Director of Sales- Vic the role of Sales Executive plays an integral part in our National Sales Team. Driving sales for our hotels nationally, exceeding client expectations, delivering on their requirements, and establishing TFE as their company of choice. Key responsibilities include: End to end sales - Connect, convert, engage and retain clients. Research, evaluate and submit tender proposals. Develop strong relationships with existing and future clients Monitor market trends and competitor analysis to refine offerings. Attend industry events, functions, and trade events (may be out of hours) About you: Minimum 1 years previous sales/business development experience in a hotel environment A genuine passion for delivering high level customer service Exceptional organisation and time management skills Previous experience using MS Office Suite and Salesforce (or similar) High-level attention to detail. A master at sales calls, with the ability to exceed KPI’s Strong internal and external stakeholder management Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Strong and confident presentation and negotiation skills Immaculate grooming and personal presentation Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Valid Australian drivers licence/Own reliable car Full Working Rights in Australia.
