Job Description Our client is a privately owned group of companies consisting of a dedicated team committed to delivering high quality commercial and industrial electrical, telecommunications and security projects. This professionally operated organisation have operated within the industry for over 20 years, growing to be a major player in the industry, with four offices and a track record of successfully delivering multi million dollar projects. As the company continues to experience consistent growth, we are seeking a Project Administrator to commence on a maternity leave contract with the business, for up to a 12 month period. Primary Objectives The Project Administrator is responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of major project’s during the various stages of the construction process. This position liaises with multiple departments and may be coordinating multiple projects simultaneously. You will provide a wide range of project administration and support services, working closely with internal stakeholders across project management, on site project supervision and administration. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Operations Manager, key role responsibilities include: Project Administration support for the delivery of major projects Stakeholder engagement, internally and externally, including clients, subcontractors and suppliers Project and Financial reporting, supporting Project Managers to ensure monthly progress claims and variations are aligned with contract conditions Quality Assurance and Safety, ensure compliance of project files, maintain project registers, manuals and project plans Purchasing, assist with subcontractor and supplier agreements, assist in managing payment schedules and vendor performance Additional Administration Assistance as required to support project delivery Benefits This is a key role within the business where your contributions to the organisation’s success will be highly valued and rewarded.
