Finance Manager – Broadbeach, QLD Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 Super Full-Time Position Role overview: We are currently seeking a Finance Manager to join a leading construction company located in Broadbeach, QLD. This is a newly created position due to the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities: Transaction Processing & Data Integrity: Oversee the accuracy of accounts payable and creditor enquiries. Reconciliation Management: Ensure reconciliations between financial systems (Evolve and Xero) are completed. Reporting Leadership: Prepare EOM/EOFY reporting packs and financial reports. Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and financial models. Financial Analysis: Provide insightful analysis and commentary within reports. CFO Support: Assist in strategic planning, improvement projects, and achieving finance business goals. System Improvements: Support the improvement and optimisation of financial software systems. Requirements: Experience: 2 years post-qualification in a similar finance role. Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Xero and other financial software. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Qualifications: CA or CPA qualification required.
