We are urgently recruiting experienced Female Support Workers for a new Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) apartment complex in Castle Hill . This newly developed site will commence services with five participants , progressively increasing to 24/7 supports . As part of this expansion, we are seeking committed casual and part-time staff to join our team, with casual only positions, as well as casual positions transitioning to part-time contracts as detailed below. This role will be commencing 13th March and phone interviews/online teams interviews will be organised immediately. Key Requirements: Experience in medication administration, manual handling, epilepsy, and behaviour management . Ability to provide high-quality, person-centered support to clients with complex high support needs. Willingness to commence on a consistent line with increased working hours as the service expands. ____________________________________________ Available Positions: Position 1 (CASUAL) Starting at 31 hours per fortnight, increasing to 40 hours per fortnight as clients join. Week 1: Wednesday 15:00 to 22:00 (7 hours) Saturday 22:00 to 06:00 (Active Night – 8 hours) Sunday 22:00 to 06:00 (Active Night – 8 hours) Week 2: Friday 22:00 to 06:00 (Active Night – 8 hours) ____________________________________________ Position 2 (CASUAL) Starting at 31 hours per fortnight, increasing to 48 hours per fortnight as clients join. Week 1: Tuesday 15:00 to 22:00 (7 hours) Thursday 22:00 to 06:00 (Active Night – 8 hours) Week 2: Monday 22:00 to 06:00 (Active Night – 8 hours) Sunday 22:00 to 06:00 (Active Night – 8 hours) ____________________________________________ Position 3 (CASUAL MOVING TO PART TIME) Starting at 24 hours per fortnight, transitioning to 48 hours per fortnight on a PPT contract as clients join.
