We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join one of WA's leading civil and mining contractors. Key Responsibilities: Analyse tender and contract terms, providing insights for review meetings. Develop and oversee commercial agreements in coordination with the project management team. Evaluate and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to fulfill project needs. Facilitate procurement processes, ensuring alignment with project schedules and budgets. Maintain and oversee procurement timelines, contracts, and commercial records. Support the preparation of monthly claims, contract variations, delay notices, and site instructions. Draft and manage subcontractor agreements. Ensure compliance with contract terms and procurement standards. Process purchase orders and oversee document management for project files. Uphold safety, health, and environmental standards. About you: 2 years of experience in contract administration within the civil construction or mining sector. High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks Qualifications in construction, quantity surveying or civil engineering are a bonus Strong understanding of contractual terms and conditions.
