Michael Page are currently recruiting a Contracts Administrator role for financially strong Tier 2 builder based just outside Brisbane CBD. They specialise in the delivery of commercial and multi residential projects up to $20m in value. Due to a very strong pipeline of projects they are looking to expand their commercial team with the addition of a Contracts Administrator. Client Details Our client is a Tier 2 head contractor who deliver projects in the commercial and multi residential sectors. Most projects are in the range of $10-20m in value. The majority of their work is with repeat clients and these clients have a significant pipeline of works over the next five years and as such there is a high level of stability and growth potential in this role. Description Key responsibilities will include: Writing scopes of works Negotiating and letting sub-contracts Involvement with monthly cost reports Variations Profile Selection criteria will include: Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects High level of computer literacy Experience with modern construction software systems e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc. Excellent interpersonal skills Job Offer On offer: A competitive salary, expected to be in the range of $130-160k super Opportunity to progress to Commercial Manager or Project Manager within the next 18-24 months Immediate start available On site parking To apply online please click the 'Apply' button above.
