You will play a pivotal role in delivering precise estimates, securing new business, and managing a portfolio of both new and existing clients in the construction of synthetic sports surfaces, including tennis courts, cricket wickets, and playgrounds. You will ply your trade in preparing precise estimates, fostering strong client relationships, and driving new business opportunities. Based in Sydney and reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be trusted with: Preparing and submitting accurate, competitive estimates for synthetic sports surface projects. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to achieve sales KPIs. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals. Collaborating with project teams to develop cost-effective solutions for client requirements. Conducting site inspections to gather data for accurate quoting and planning. Drafting and submitting detailed proposals, quotations, and tender submissions. Negotiating contracts and closing sales to secure new clients and expand the pipeline. Monitoring market trends and competitor pricing to maintain competitiveness. Managing client communications to ensure alignment during the pre-construction phase. You will have at least 2 years of experience in landscape, civil or construction with a relevant trade qualification.
