With a growing portfolio, they are seeking a Junior Estimator to support their expanding estimating team. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing cost estimates for materials, labour, and equipment. Compare supplier quotes to ensure cost-effective procurement. Work closely with construction teams, site staff, and suppliers . Support in variation pricing and cost adjustments . Maintain accurate records and project databases . Assist in ensuring project timelines are met through effective coordination. What We’re Looking For Experience or strong interest in residential construction . Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail. Proactive and motivated mindset with the ability to multitask. Excellent communication and teamwork skills . Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; experience with construction software is a plus.
