We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Bentley, WA. The primary focus of the Customer Service role is to deliver outstanding service to clients after the Sales Team brings on a new customer. You will ensure that clients have a seamless experience and are so impressed with the service they receive that they’ll share their positive experience with others. Excellent customer service includes quick responses to customer requests, keeping clients informed about their orders and queries, upselling and cross-selling products, and managing all customer-facing data in our database to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role.
