We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Bentley, WA. We’re looking for a motivated team player with a positive attitude, strong loyalty, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. At Abco, there are exciting career growth opportunities. The primary focus of the Customer Service role is to deliver outstanding service to clients after the Sales Team brings on a new customer. You will ensure that clients have a seamless experience and are so impressed with the service they receive that they’ll share their positive experience with others. Excellent customer service includes quick responses to customer requests, keeping clients informed about their orders and queries, upselling and cross-selling products, and managing all customer-facing data in our database to ensure a smooth and efficient process. Candidates must have at least 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role. Key Responsibilities: Process customer orders and handle phone inquiries Track sales orders to ensure our 24-hour dispatch promise is met Manage website live chat support Resolve customer complaints effectively Keep clients updated on changes to order ETA’s, backorders, etc. Follow up on purchase orders with suppliers Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up to secure orders Review special pricing arrangements and record new pricing details Increase sales through upselling and cross-selling where possible Make proactive telesales calls as needed To be considered for this role, you should embody our Core Values: We Not I: Be a Team Player Fast Fix: Resolve issues the first time around Own It: Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion Always Hungry: Strive for continuous improvement and growth Incentives: We are excited to offer our employees the opportunity to participate in our Growth by Sharing (GBS) program.
