Job Description In this exciting career opportunity, you will lead a small team of Project Managers in the delivery of EV charging sites for the NRMA network. You will also be responsible for contractor performance management and will work with Finance and Procurement Teams to ensure sites are constructed to project budgets and schedules whilst maintaining the highest level of safety compliance and quality. What You'll Do Manage multiple concurrent EV site construction projects across several work streams Ensure projects are delivered to budgeted time, cost and quality metrics, including management of the defects liability process Plan, initiate and co-ordinate required workshops, collaboration and working sessions as required to facilitate smooth and timely progression along intended project delivery timeline Develop Business Proposal and Business Case documentation for projects Mange contractors, suppliers and 3rd parties to successfully deliver committed programs to program deadlines Identify, develop and implement process and system improvements to streamline site construction related activities What You'll Bring 7 to 10 years previous relevant construction project management experience in EV, electrical or telecommunications infrastructure, including leading a small team of direct reports. Tertiary qualifications in Project, Program or Construction Management will be highly regarded Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and Microsoft Project High level understanding of WHS requirements as they relate to High Risk Construction Work Proven time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables with tight deadlines. Advanced written and speaking communication skills. Professional attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills Autonomous complex problem solving across multiple projects and/or programs of work Ability and willingness to undertake reasonable travel if required.
