This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the city's most prestigious developments, from luxury apartments to bespoke residential homes. Key Responsibilities Lead concept development and detailed documentation using Revit Work closely with architects, developers, and consultants to deliver high-end residential interiors Select premium finishes, materials, and furniture to align with project aesthetics Oversee design coordination and ensure projects meet client expectations Assist in contract administration and liaise with contractors and suppliers Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively What We’re Looking For 5–10 years’ experience in interior design, with a focus on multi-residential and luxury residential projects Advanced Revit skills – must be highly proficient A keen eye for luxury finishes, detailing, and materiality Strong ability to work directly with clients and manage expectations Experience mentoring and leading junior designers Excellent communication and project coordination skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects Why Apply?
