We are seeking a person with a high standard of customer service excellence who is committed to servicing existing clients and building relationships with our new clients. You will be joining a team re-known for their high standard of service and sales excellence to existing and new clients. The scope of the role will see you play an integral part in providing high quality customer service and support for all Shred-X Secure Destruction clients and stakeholders. You will need to be a problem solver and proactive to ensure your service delivery remains first class. Role & Responsibilities: • Ensuring customers receive efficient service and timely responses to queries. • Book service requests accordingly in CRM by providing frontline support via telephone (inbound and outbound), email and online communication channels. • Responsible for contacting and liaising with customers regarding queries or issues related to services. • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships. • Liaise with sales team and take overflow of phone calls when required. • Liaise with operations/logistics team to receive priority route decisions, as well as providing ongoing feedback to customers on the resolution of incidents and requests. • Build and maintain relationships with team members nationally and its customers. • Utilise problem solving techniques. • Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of cloud-based CRM and invest in learning and development. • Participate in team, coaching and development meetings, annual performance reviews and adhere to occupational health and safety training standards and on-going training. • Other administration tasks. We are looking for: • Previous customer service experience. • A high level of attention to detail and ability to anticipate issues. • A great communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • An enthusiastic, independent person who loves building customer relationships, and be who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service every time. • A reliable, hard-working, and honest person with a mature approach. • A team player and proactive self-starter who can work autonomously, with a drive to help all customers. • A cheerful and professional customer service and telephone manner. • Competent skills in Microsoft office suite, preferably with experience with a cloud-based CRM.
