At our Mackay store, we are dedicated to providing quality, clean, and affordable goods while delivering outstanding customer service. Our work starts with donations — we sort through donated items, prepare them for sale, price them, and display them in the shop. We are a team passionate about making a positive difference in our community. This is a hands-on role, and no two days will be the same. Our Retail Assistant Managers are passionate about sustainable fashion, business, and providing a unique shopping experience. They are skilled professionals who bring their leadership and innovative thinking, to oversee retail operations, promote growth, implement best practices, and ensure our local retail footprint remains sustainable. They understand that personalised and engaging customer service is key and are committed to the meaningful interaction of their team and local community.
