The hours of the role are approximately 8.00am till 4.30pm- Monday to Friday. In this position, your key responsibilities will include: Counter sales including customer service, responding to sales enquiries, preparation of and sending out of quotes. Actioning customer requests and enquiries face to face, over the phone and via email. Recommend product and application solutions. Process orders, purchase stock, and assist with customer consignment. Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Assist with ad hoc tasks around the branch such as re-stocking shelves and packing orders. What you’ll need to succeed: You have a solid background in customer service within a wholesale environment. Ideally you have some experience within the electrical wholesale industry or related industries (construction, industrial supply, solar, security, plumbing). You are a fast learner with the ability to build product knowledge quickly Hardworking and driven, you are eager to advance your career within the company. You have exceptional people skills and communication abilities, and you are able to communicate with a wide range of individuals. A true team player, you’re ready to jump in and help wherever needed.
