This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering high-quality homes and ensuring smooth construction processes from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily site operations and manage multiple home builds. Supervise subcontractors and trades , ensuring all work meets quality standards. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with WA building codes and safety regulations . Use project management software to track progress and report on timelines. Solve on-site challenges proactively while maintaining high construction standards. What You’ll Need: Experience in residential construction within WA. Trade qualification or equivalent experience in home building. Strong communication skills to engage with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ability to manage multiple builds while meeting deadlines and budgets. Proficiency in MS Office and construction software ( Click Homes experience is a bonus ). Valid WA C-Class Driver’s Licence & White Card. Ability to obtain a Police Clearance .
