Key Performance Outputs Business Development – Identify and grow new opportunities while managing and expanding existing customer relationships. Strategic Sales Planning – Contribute to and execute the global sales strategy, ensuring alignment with market trends. Retail & Key Account Management – Work closely with major retailers to establish seasonal marketing plans and meet business objectives. Pricing & Profitability – Develop competitive pricing strategies to maximize returns for both customers and growers. Market Intelligence – Conduct strategic reviews, track industry trends, and analyze competitor activity. Customer Service Excellence – Enhance the customer brand experience, ensuring seamless communication and order fulfillment. Sales Administration – Oversee contracts, payment terms, and credit limits while ensuring timely order processing. Claims & Negotiation – Assess quality claims, negotiate resolutions, and maintain strong client relationships. Grower Relations – Ensure growers achieve optimal returns while aligning with company objectives. Industry Representation – Travel for client meetings, supplier visits, and trade engagements to strengthen market presence. Requirements Experience / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the blueberry industry in Australia Functional / Technical Target-driven, strategic thinker, and analytical mindset Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills Good fruit marketing knowledge and high degree of product knowledge Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems Location Sydney or Melbourne
