We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a temporary role of up to six months with a multinational manufacturing organisation based in Mulgrave. About the Role This role is ideal for a customer-focused and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing administrative support to the internal sales team. Key Responsibilities: Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email Processing and updating orders in SAP Conducting outbound follow-up calls to ensure order accuracy Refreshing expired contracts and maintaining customer records Assisting with marketing follow-ups and lead generation for the sales team Resolving customer issues related to credits and returns Providing administrative support to the internal sales team Key Skills & Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience with SAP (desirable but not essential) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Previous experience in a manufacturing customer service or sales support role is highly regarded High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment A proactive and adaptable approach to work What’s on Offer?
