We specialise in a broad range of marketing services, including digital, events, creative, retail, and film. This role primarily focuses on working with our key client, Samsung Consumer Electronics. Description Primary Function: Develop and execute design systems, web and mobile user interfaces, wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and other design deliverables. Work with the digital experience team to conduct A/B testing programs for e-commerce clients, generating test hypotheses based on user research and analytics, creating test prototypes in Figma, and analysing test results for further iteration and improvement. Gain a deep understanding of user needs and requirements and incorporate them into the design process. Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions and validate design concepts. Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure the translation of design concepts into a high-quality end product. Ensure the accessibility and responsiveness of designs to provide a seamless user experience across different devices and platforms. Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure a consistent and user-centric design experience. Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, UX/UI best practices, and eCommerce design trends. Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing, continually seeking to improve the user experience. Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, technologies, and industry advancements. Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback to fellow designers to foster a culture of collaboration and growth. Essential skills & qualifications 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in eCommerce or digital product design. Bachelor’s degree in Design (HCD, Communication, Digital, Applied Design) or equivalent experience. Strong understanding of analytics and proficiency using Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) Proficiency in design and prototyping tools - Figma, Miro, Adobe Creative Suite Working knowledge of front-end web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to effectively communicate design specifications with developers. Strong understanding of design principles, UX/UI best practices, and user-centered design methodologies. Strong understanding of A/B testing, hypothesis generation and results analysis. Proven experience developing user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications, with a strong portfolio showcasing past work. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams. Ability to conduct user research and gather actionable insights to inform design iterations. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about user needs and business objectives. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
