Sales Manager — Perth, Perth Region

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Sales Team, streamline processes, and contribute to the continued growth of the business. This role will also provide leadership and business support to the Director. This role will be FIFO. Our client is located in the North West of WA and would ideally have a 1 week in office and 1 week WFH schedule. As this is a FIFO position operating out of Western Australia, candidates must be based in Perth, as flights will be departing from Perth Airport. Additionally, attendance at our local Perth CBD office may be required from time to time. All costs associated with flights, accommodation and travel will be covered by the client. Key Responsibilities Operational & Sales Department Management To provide regular training, support, advice and mentoring for all Sales Departments on a regular basis. Specifically, this will mean travel to all 3 offices while onsite and weekly meetings with the Teams. To mentor all staff and play a pivotal role in fostering the growth and development of all sales teams, leveraging your expertise and experience to enhance their skills and drive overall team success. Review, develop and implement company policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Regularly assess and analyse individual and team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted strategies to address challenges. To oversee and manage the Sales Administration, Sales Administration Assistant and any future Sales administration positions created. To embrace and drive all Sales Department and individual staff KPI’s and striving for Target KPI’s with appropriate bonuses being payable. Prepare monthly regular reports on the progress of the individual sales team member, providing insights and recommendations for further development. Liaise and work with Corporate to ensure the team has access to and is continually up to date with all new processes, marketing and platform programs. Qualifications and Experience Previous experience working in Real Estate, MUST HOLD SALES REGISTRATION Financial acumen, including experience with budgets, reporting, and cost management. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and people leadership skills. Ability to meet deadlines, manage pressure and work in a dynamic fast paced environment. Proven experience in operations management, within the real estate industry. High level computing skills with experience using Vault RE & Microsoft Office.
