Legal Assistant Part Time (0.8 FTE) , permanent role. About the role As a Legal Assistant, you will work directly with our litigation team in coordinating and processing legal costs. You will provide accurate administrative and clerical support associated with file management and case preparation for Solicitors. You will be responsible for drafting high quality correspondence and court documents, diary management, liaising with third parties and general legal administration. Success in this role is measured by your responsiveness, quality of legal support, effective communication, and adaptability. What we’re looking for Strong organisational and communication Skills Highly developed literacy, numeracy, written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to prioritise work and work under pressure and to tight time frames. Demonstrated legal experience Proven experience within a legal environment, preferably in a Legal Assistant role, and a demonstrated understanding of the legal system and litigation in personal injuries law.
