NXT GIG is searching for a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. Your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically will be essential to delivering an excellent customer experience. Provide accurate information about our services, policies, and procedures. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively. Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery. Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to enhance customer interactions. Contribute to team goals by meeting performance metrics and quality standards. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms. Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and priorities.
