The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, and providing exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone. They are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised Receptionist for a contract role with an immediate start . Description Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, directing them to the appropriate departments. Answer and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages and ensuring prompt follow-up. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and other office communications. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, welcoming, and organised at all times. Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, data entry, and document management. Support other team members with ad-hoc duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the office. Provide support for office supplies and inventory management. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. Profile Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role, ideally in a corporate or office environment. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and professionalism. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and general office equipment. A proactive, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
