Grade 2 Social Worker - ABI Epworth Rehabilitation is seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Grade 2 Social Worker to provide comprehensive social work services in the area of Acquired Brain Injury at Epworth Richmond. This is a permanent part time position of 19 hours per week. You will work in an energetic and cohesive clinical team that strives for excellence in patient care. The social work department offers a high level of clinical support and supervision, as well as a strong commitment to professional development activities and quality projects. Clinical responsibilities will include undertaking comprehensive psychosocial assessments, family work, outpatient work, and discharge planning as well as involvement in student supervision. The role will be predominantly based at Richmond Rehabilitation with the possibility of working across other interesting clinical areas at our other rehabilitation sites at Hawthorn and Camberwell.
