We are seeking a highly motivated professional to oversee and coordinate all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards. Reporting to the National Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include: Leading and guiding the warehouse team of 25 with day to day operations. Coordinating daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping. Monitoring key customer fulfillment metrics, ensuring all orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. Implementing strategies to meet or exceed DIFOT targets. Attending mangement meetings with the goal to improve operations. We are looking for: Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in a similar role. Confident communicator and ability to deligate effectively. A proactive approach to improving warehouse processes and overcoming operational challenges. A strong focus on safety and compliance.
