It is expected the Health Care Worker will work within the limitations of their role and will provide a competent level of personal care, cleaning and food services for residents. The HCW works under the direction and support of the supervising RN at all times. About you Essential: Certificate III or IV – Ageing Support (CHC43015) including the medication component or willingness to complete or Certificate III – Individual Support (CHC33015) Experience or willingness to gain experience in age care Knowledge of aged care standards Basic assessment and reporting skills Understanding of the concept of person-centre care Good communication skills A preparedness to engage in coach students and new staff Commitment to positive working relationships Please refer to the relevant attached position description and address the key selection criteria on your cover letter when applying.
