Collaborate as part of a creative team to generate big ideas. Concept, develop, and execute creative advertising, digital, and one-to-one communication and journeys across various media, platforms, and channels. Bring out the nuances of a concept through design elements, personalisation, and storytelling. Clearly articulate a creative vision, drawing people in by framing it according to the context and their understanding. Deeply understand the DNA of multiple brands, bringing them to life in innovative and creative ways, and helping others do the same. Work closely with creative and delivery teams including art directors, copywriters, motion/UX designers, frontend developers, producers, as well as the wider group of stakeholders. Key Accountabilities Deliver captivating design concepts, campaigns, and brand experiences that resonate with our customers and draw in new customers. Connect ideas and visual language across channels and experiences to help us build a strong, compelling, forward-thinking, connected brand world. Add to a collaborative and high-performing environment, encouraging creativity and being part of a safe space for sharing raw and wild ideas. Support the development and evolution of our brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency and cohesiveness across all touchpoints. Ensure that all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality, innovation, and brand integrity and align to our brand principles. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices. Share this generously with the team for both inspiration and outside-in thinking. Experience as a Digital Designer in a company or agency with a strong digital footprint. Strong portfolio of impactful and innovative omnichannel creative. Ability to span both art direction and conceptually inspired design through advertising, customer journeys, and experiences. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software. Animation skills, scamping, and/or wire-framing are a bonus. Experience in creative automation at scale and design language systems is a bonus. Great people management and communication skills, with the ability to draw in, inspire, and collaborate with a diverse team. Good understanding of branding, design principles, advertising, and marketing best practices. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a creative vision.
