We are pleased to offer an opportunity for an experienced Retail/Store Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. Location: Revesby, NSW Salary range: $60,000-$80,000 per annum (depending upon skills and experience) Main duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: · Plan, control, manage and lead daily store operations. · Determine the optimal product mix by analysing market trends. · Oversee ordering, stock control and loss prevention · Formulate action plans through the promotional period to maximise sales and profitability. · Implement innovative strategies and promotional activities. · Enforce health and safety standards to ensure compliance and a safe environment. · Manage and handle budgets, sales targets, and cash management. · Resolve customer queries and maintain satisfaction. · Analyse sales data to inform improvements and strategic decisions. · Build a high-performing and motivated team to maintain superior service standards. To succeed in the role, you must meet below criteria: · Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field (or similar experience may be considered equivalent). · A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a related or relevant field. · Work experience in a 7-Eleven store is highly desirable. · Australian work experience is essential. · Demonstrated superior management skills. · High level of flexibility and adaptability. · Excellent verbal communication skills. · Proven ability to motivate and develop teams. · Be available to work on both weekdays and weekends, including night shifts as we are a 24H Business · Be able to prioritise and manage time efficiently If this sounds like the role for you, please apply via the facilities provided on this website with updated resume and cover letter.
