Network Operations Engineer You'd be working with one of Australia's most sought after & high-performing fintech companies supporting end-to-end infrastructure deployments, including network and UNIX platforms, across data centres and global WAN environments. You should be skilled across solving complex problems, optimising performance, and reducing network complexity. The is a 12-month Fixed term contract which is very likely to be extended or converted to perm. The salary on offer is negotiable depending on experience but looking at a guide range of $150-180k Super for the right candidates. Because of the nature of the role, you will be required to attend office 5 days per week but there are some great perks to being in office such as catered breakfast, snacks & lunch every day, free gym memberships, weekly massages etc. Your daily activities will include: Support end-to-end infrastructure deployments Automating & monitoring network infrastructure Migrations, expansions, hardware and software upgrades Capacity planning, connectivity improvements, and traffic flow optimization Your Skills: Network security & troubleshooting complex network and security issues Network performance, monitoring, and capacity planning Monitoring & managing diverse international WAN networks Unix systems and data center management TCP/UDP, OSPF, BGP, Multicast Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto L2/L3 networking, firewalls, and network security Arista ACE level 3, PCNSE, Cisco CCIE, CCNP Because of the nature in which they operate, they need someone in their Sydney CBD office 5 days per week but that comes with many benefits such as catered meals, free gym memberships etc. If this sounds like something you can do, please apply within or contact david - dbolton(at)aurec.com
