APG Workforce is a leader in employment and labour hire services across Australia, and our Ingleburn branch is seeking an Administration/Resourcer looking for growth in the Recruitment Industry As you progress, you'll move into a consultant role, working directly with our established clients in sectors such as farming and manufacturing. This role will require direct, face-to-face interaction with clients at their sites. About the Role Screening and interviewing candidates Building recruitment pools Serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients Transferring calls to the appropriate departments Conducting onboarding and inductions Performing visa checks and reference checks Managing candidate pool development Providing overall recruitment administration support Desirable Qualities A proactive "go-getter" attitude with a passion for career growth Ability to communicate effectively with both white-collar professionals and ground-level workers Excellent phone manner Well-presented and professional demeanor Tech-savvy with experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) Customer service experience is advantageous Additional Information Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Some out-of-hours work may be required occasionally.
