They have a range of project experiences and you could work on any number of types of build from commercial buildings to Age Care, hospitals to schools, or sports/aquatic centres through to industrial facilities. Highly regarded as an employer of choice, and a culture of high performance, they are now looking to grow a project team and within that, a highly capable Contract Administrator. The position Reporting in to a Project Manager you will split your time between site and HO, and be expected to deliver the full range of Contract Administration duties, on projects from start to completion. Duties include: Applications for relevant building permits Vetting and letting of contract packages Negotiating with Sub-contracts Writing scopes of works Administering variations and progress claims Should you apply?
