My client's projects are all about sophistication and attention to detail, and we're looking for a talented Contract Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in high-end residential projects to play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of these exclusive builds. Main Job Responsibilities: Set up and manage effective project administration systems, both onsite and in the office Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and handle variations Manage the preparation, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of contract packages (SOW) Oversee subcontractor relationships, project programs, claims, and variations Carry out cost analysis, reporting, and forecasting Administer RFIs, warranty documents, and ensure on-site safety standards are met Who We're Looking For: At least 3 years of experience as a Contract Administrator, preferably in high-end residential projects Class 1 is highly desirable mixed with Class 2 projects. Comes from Construction Side Strong understanding of building codes , contracts, and scopes of work (SOW) Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and the ability to work independently Great negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail Comfortable using take-off and contract management software Tertiary qualifications in construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field Bonus: If you can speak Chinese , that's a huge plus Why Work With Us?
