About the Role Revise has partnered with AHRI to find an experienced Admin & Account Coordinator to execute sponsorship, partnership and exhibition agreements for in-person, hybrid, and digital events. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Growth, you’ll manage client relationships, track agreements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sponsorship entitlements. You will be responsible for fulfilling the sponsorship agreement from contract to event execution this includes tracking outcomes, providing stakeholder updates, and assisting with event logistics. You'll also contribute to process improvements to enhance sponsor and exhibitor experiences. About You You are proactive and detail-oriented with exceptional stakeholder management and project coordination skills. With a strong customer-centric mindset, you effectively anticipate client needs to ensure seamless fulfilment of the sponsorship agreement. Your tech-savvy nature and organisational prowess enable you to manage entitlements, track deliverables, and collaborate efficiently across teams. Leveraging your critical thinking and strategic approach, along with a positive can-do attitude, you consistently drive successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the successful delivery of sponsorship and exhibition entitlements Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the agreement lifecycle Create, update, and maintain essential documentation, including contracts, prospectuses, and post-event reports Facilitate effective communication across departments and promptly respond to client inquiries and updates Ensure CRM data integrity, track entitlements, and generate reports for internal stakeholders Your Skills & Experience A strong customer-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional service Previous experience processing deliverables for sponsorship and partnership agreements Excellent organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently Demonstrated capability in building rapport with clients and stakeholders Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems for effective data management Ability to adapt and work under pressure in dynamic environments Proactive in anticipating client needs and addressing inquiries Working at AHRI AHRI foster a culture built on Trust, Diversity, Learning, Evolution, and Collaboration .
