First Nations Identified Role – Payroll Administrator We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join a well-established team. About the Role: The Payroll Administrator will handle end-to-end payroll processing and ensure the smooth running of payroll operations. You’ll be managing onboarding, salary changes, deductions, superannuation, PAYG tax, and more while adhering to ATO guidelines. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, contributing to a positive employee experience. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing payroll processes, including onboarding, TFNs, salary adjustments, and leave entitlements. Processing superannuation SGC, PAYG tax, and ensuring compliance with ATO regulations. Handling payroll systems (SAP knowledge is a bonus but not required). Supporting the facilities manager with general office administrative duties. Assisting with HSE-related tasks as needed. Providing exceptional communication with stakeholders and team members. What We’re Looking For: At least 2 years of hands-on payroll experience. Basic knowledge of payroll processes, including deductions, superannuation, and PAYG tax. Familiarity with payroll systems (SAP experience is a plus but not mandatory). Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
