ROLE The Learning Management System (LMS) team is responsible for the systems administration of our learning management system, within the Digital Learning and Systems section. The team is responsible for engaging business areas to achieve greater enterprise use of the LMS as a platform for learning delivery, course administration, compliance reporting and supporting talent management. The role requires a dynamic team player who enjoys working with stakeholders, team members and individually on projects. You will be able to meet tight deadlines and work to support ASIS priorities. The key duties of the position include KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS The following is an overview of key responsibilities and tasks: Provide system administration of the enterprise learning management system (LMS): Structure and create initial training workflows in the LMS and provide support to course owners relating to course administration functions, including developing, maintaining and managing up to date and relevant work instructions; Guide technical enhancements of learning records and integrate with HR systems to support people capability management and individual career planning; and Provide enterprise reporting for stakeholders on training development and delivery matters. Collaborate with digital learning and development design team, and stakeholders during learning needs analysis to provide advice on the best use of the learning system including naming conventions, architecture and functionalities that will optimise the learning experience for learners; Collaborate with business areas service-wide to transition siloed training administration and record keeping into LMS workflows; and Identify and collect appropriate data to analyse use and effectiveness of the LMS to ensure continuous improvement while also building an evaluation strategy in consultation with the digital learning team to inform the overall effectiveness of learning programs supported by the LMS platform.
