Key Responsibilities: Support General Manager: Assist with administrative tasks and project coordination to ensure efficient team operations. Reporting: Collate and prepare reports for individual build teams to track progress and outcomes. Staff Recruitment: Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage onboarding for new hires. Standardisation Initiatives: Help implement processes that improve consistency and efficiency across the team. General Admin Support: Handle diary and email management, maintain filing systems, and assist with other administrative tasks. Staff Training: Coordinate training events and professional development programs to ensure continuous growth. HR Assistance: Support recruitment processes, manage DISC profile assessments, and facilitate onboarding. Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
