Join us in shaping a Quality Assurance function that powers the future of early learning technology Your Impact: As a Quality Engineer at Goodstart Early Learning, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology solutions. Your contributions will: • Drive Quality Assurance Excellence – Develop and implement test strategies that enhance the reliability and performance of SaaS products, integrations, and new implementations • Lead Test Automation & Innovation – Utilise AI-driven tools and automation frameworks to streamline testing and accelerate delivery cycles • Enhance Collaboration & Efficiency – Work closely with development, product, and operations teams to embed quality practices early in the software development lifecycle • Ensure Seamless Software Releases – Responsible for test planning, execution, and defect management to minimise risks and improve production stability • Champion Continuous Improvement – Analyse test results, identify gaps, introduce best practices, and mentor teams to uplift QA capabilities across the organisation.
