We are seeking an experienced administration professional to play a key role in a multidisciplinary early years team. As Family Day Care Administration Officer, you will be committed to excellence in customer service, and providing an exceptional experience of the service to families and educators alike. This role is critical to the service’s compliance with Regulations and Family Assistance Law, so meticulous attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to manage priorities under pressure. You will also be the critical first point of contact for families seeking care. You will provide all elements of customer service and administrative support for Council’s Family Day Care Service, ensuring that the services operate efficiently and effectively, and in accordance with the childcare requirements of the Australian and Victorian Government, Department of Education, Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Compliance, the Education and Care Services National Regulations., and Baw Baw Shire Council.
