Part-time, Permanent position (3 days/week, 8.00am-4.30pm) Collaborative and innovative working environment Join a school committed to student and staff wellbeing The Role Leading independent girls’ school, Camberwell Girls Grammar School, presents an opportunity for a Secondary School Student Data Administrator to join our team on a permanent part-time basis (approx. 0.6 FTE), working 3 days per week from 8.00am-4.30pm. There is flexibility with regards to which days are worked and will be agreed with the successful candidate. This position is worked over 43.18 weeks per annum (Term-time plus 4 additional weeks, generally spread out 1 x week per term holiday break across the year). Reporting to the Head of Senior School, this role provides administration and operational support to the Secondary School including the Heads of School and VCE Coordinator. You will make an impact by: Maintaining accurate VASS (Victorian Assessment Software System) and student data, including entering VCE enrolments, generating reports, entering VCE and VET results and general VASS administration. Assisting the VCE Coordinator to ensure all VCAA and other administrative procedures are carried out, including preparing correspondence to parents, assisting with the preparation of the GAT, trial GAT and VCE Trial Exams, and collating results. Updating and maintaining student records in the Student Information System. Supporting the Secondary School Office with various administrative tasks, including the preparation of student awards, supporting the reporting process, and assisting with event preparations. Providing assistance to a number of departments in the Secondary School with operational and administrative duties, including Main Reception, Student Services and the Health Centre as required. To be successful in this role… You are a customer service professional with excellent administration skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly and professional in your approach, you build effective working relationships with ease. You are organised, detail focused, team oriented and take pride in producing work that is of a high calibre. You will have: Previous experience within a front of house / administration environment is essential Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite High level database training and skill Previous experience in a similar role or in a School is desirable First Aid qualification (Level 2), CPR qualification and Anaphylaxis Awareness qualification or willingness to obtain these Current Working with Children Check Current Criminal Record Check Why join Camberwell Girls Grammar School?
