Customer Communication – Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering outstanding service. Professional Correspondence – Draft clear and concise emails with a professional tone. Data Management – Extract and compile information from company systems as needed. Team Support – Assist with maternity leave coverage and provide additional help during peak periods. What We’re Looking For: Industry Knowledge (Bonus) – Familiarity with insurance processes and terminology will be highly regarded. Previous Experience – Previous administrative support experience is essential.
