Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage contract documents, tenders, and procurement processes . Oversee cost forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting for allocated subcontracts. Ensure compliance with contract terms, project timelines, and financial reporting rules . Coordinate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers . Review and process variations, claims, and invoices . Support the Project Manager in delivering monthly financial reports . Maintain accurate contract records and correspondence . Assist in the onboarding of contractors and commercial reporting . What You’ll Bring: 4-5 years experience in commercial construction contract administration . Strong knowledge of contract law and financial reporting . Ability to interpret design plans, drawings, and project specifications . Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, & construction software (e.g., BuildLogic or similar ERP) . Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
