UQ Library This is a full-time fixed term role for up to 2 years with salary in the range $80,523.29 - $89,505.38 (HEW 5), plus a generous super allowance of up to 17%. Based at our St Lucia campus About This Opportunity Join the Library Operations, Technology and Strategy team as a dynamic Administrative Officer and play a key role in bringing the UQ Library Strategic Plan to life. Reporting to the Change and Development Manager, you will contribute to a range of initiatives aimed at developing our people and fostering a positive and inclusive culture within the Library. Key responsibilities will include: Event Planning and Coordination Plan and coordinate a range of library-wide events, including professional development activities and workshops. Strategic Plan Implementation Support the implementation of strategic initiatives and coordinate the evaluation and reporting of outcomes. Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with stakeholders across the Library and the University to identify and address learning and development needs. Administrative Support Provide high-level administrative support to committees and projects, including scheduling, documentation, and event logistics. About You Successful candidates will possess strong administrative and organisational skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. They will be highly motivated and committed to providing high-quality support and achieving positive outcomes. Relevant tertiary qualifications or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and autonomously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders and build strong relationships. Experience supporting change management initiatives and working effectively in diverse team environments. You must maintain unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment, and may be required to complete background checks including, criminal history and education checks.
