We are currently seeking a seasoned Administration Officer to join the team at our stunning, purpose-built Early Childhood service in Charmhaven, NSW Are you an experienced Administrator searching for a new workplace to call home? If this sounds like you, and you’re up for your next career challenge, then we really want to hear from you About the Role: As an Administration Officer, you will support all matters relating to the administrative and financial nature of the service, including but not limited to: Providing effective administration support to other team members Performing customer service, telephone, and reception duties Supporting with accounts as directed such as lodging invoices Enrolment processes; and ensuring all documentation is completed and allocated Assisting the Centre Manager with occupancy projections and re-enrolment procedures Acting as a resource person for families in relation to fees. Our Ideal Candidate Will Meet the Following Selection Criteria: Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail ACECQA approved Early Childhood qualification desirable Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, inclusive, and considerate of others Clear and confident communicator with solid stakeholder management and customer service skills Able to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritise effectively to complete all assigned tasks/work on time Working knowledge of CCS, Kidsoft and Childcare CRM software as well as Early Childhood regulations highly regarded Flair for building and maintaining productive relationships with colleagues, families, children, and the wider community where required. Essential Criteria: Valid NSW Working With Children Check or willing to obtain/renew as required prior to commencing at the service Considerable experience in a fast-paced, front-of-house, administrative role at an Early Childhood service, or in a corporate environment Current relevant First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates as well as Child Protection training, or willing to obtain/refresh as required Available as soon as possible for full-time work, Monday to Friday, and 38 hours a week. Potentially open to a 4 day arrangement as well for the right candidate.
