About the Role This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a creative individual looking to dive into social media marketing. You’ll work closely with our Training Supervisor to capture and produce content that resonates with our ideal audience: parents who want their children to become skilled swimmers. It's a casual position, 10 hours per week (with potential for growth). As you grow with us, there’s potential for additional rewards for boosting engagement and the opportunity to create content for our sister brand, Waterlings . This role will also require flexibility, including being available at odd hours, like early mornings for capturing stunning sunrise content. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). Collaborate with the Training Supervisor to capture videos, photos, and testimonials during lessons. Create educational content to support staff training. Capture unique moments, including early-morning sunrise content. Assist in growing our online audience and boosting engagement. Contribute to content creation for our sister brand, Waterlings . What We’re Looking For A passion for social media and content creation (experience is a bonus but not essential). Basic skills in photography, videography, and editing (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools). Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Availability for flexible hours, including weekends, afternoons, and irregular hours for specific content needs. Interest in child development, swimming, or education is a plus.
