Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrator & Accounts Officer to join their Perth CBD office in 0.8 to full-time capacity. The Role Reporting to the Office Manager and supporting the wider team, you will act as the first point of contact for all phone calls, visitors, and mail. Utilising your excellent attention to detail you will be responsible for processing accounts payable and receivable invoices, following up on overdue accounts, and cashflow management and reporting. When supporting the wider team, you will assist with the creation and formatting of tender documents and reports, ensuring all information is accurate and brand guidelines are followed. As a part of new employee onboarding, you will be responsible for ensuring laptops are set up correctly and liaise with IT to ensure the relevant accesses have been provided. Your additional duties may include, but are not limited to: Staff productivity reports Managing staff calendars BAS / IAS End-of-month report Ordering office stationery and consumables There are opportunities for continued growth and development for the right candidate.
