We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to oversee the financial and contractual aspects of multiple projects while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage contracts and project finances to ensure compliance and budget alignment. Assist with procurement, cost forecasting, and tender preparation . Oversee progress claims, contract variations, and reporting . Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project efficiency. Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure adherence to timelines. What You’ll Need: Experience in fitout or refurbishment projects . Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Economics, or a related field. Strong time management, communication, and organisational skills . Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Commitment to Health & Safety standards . Perth-based experience and full Australian work rights .
